Our Tequilas

Now is the Establishment's
day of reckoning

Harvest

Our Tequila doesn‘t only come from México but also from a small town just outside Tequila Town. And yes, there really is a place called Tequila. In the state of Jalisco near Guadalajara. There, it is controlled by the local authorities under strict conditions. Because only genuine tequila is allowed to call itself 100% Agave, even in México. Our Tequila is made of 100% Blue Weber Agave home-grown in the lands of our distillery.
After harvesting with coa knives, the piña of the agaves gets cooked in traditional ovens heated with wood.

Production Process

Double distillation is done in handcraft copper tanks heated by wood. Aging in Frensh oak double-pre-used Bourbon and Red Wine Barrels brings the characteristic rich & complex taste to our Tequila. Most competitors' Tequilas aged for smaller amounts of time. We don't think that's good enough. Our InCorrupto Añejo (2 years) and Extra Añejo (5 years) truely stand out.

Quality Control

Every step of Tequila production, from harvesting the agave to bottling the Tequila is supervised by the official Tequila-Autorities CRT in Mexico. For InCorrupto our Co-Founder Dr. Friedrich von Lyncker additionally controls distillation facilities and bottling.

Bracelets

The bracelets come from the Chiapas region, a beautiful small region in the south of Mexico on the border with Guatemala and are handmade for us - they are not for sale separately only come with the InCorrupto bottles.
